Yung got his start in NYC as a window display artist and then moved on to become a decorator/designer for the flourishing DIY culture scene. His recent disciplines include set design and site-specific installation using an up-cycle/repurposing ideology. Recently, Yung created miniature golf holes that can be found on Governors Island for the arts organization, Figment.
He is devoted to volunteering as an arts educator for low-income families and NYC public schools. Yung spends most of his idle time devising experimental art-making methods, and documenting spaces and environments. Favorite art project? Raising his daughters!
