Children will learn creative problem solving as well as drawing and design skills as they envision and design imaginative machines to solve real life predicaments, taking home new insights and contraptions. Young artists will enter the world of English cartoonist and constructor, Frederick Rowland Emett OBE, known as Rowland Emett. In addition, they will discover the work of Michel de Nostredame, usually Latinised as Nostradamus, a French physician and reputed seer who published collections of prophecies that have since become widely famous. At the end of the week, students will be inventors!
