Kirsten is a multi-disciplinary artist, arts administrator, and educator. She attended Rhode Island School of Design and holds a degree in Photography as well as a Masters degree in Museum Leadership from Bank Street College of Education. Kirsten served as Lead Teaching Artist on CMA’s Inclusive Weekend programs before assuming her current role as Director of Museum Programming. Prior to joining CMA, she was a teacher in New York City schools for four years. In her work, she is interested in reshaping fact, fiction, memory, and imagination.
