Dive deep into two of our favorite (and messiest) art mediums! At the start of this class, young artists will be introduced to personal and imagined narratives through watercolor and acrylic, as well as on canvas and en plein air, or outdoors! After getting their feet wet with painting, the class will use stencils, stamping, and mono-print to bridge the gap from painting into printmaking. Along the way, they will discover their own sense of creative confidence and learn how artists such as Pablo Picasso, Hilma af Klint, and Shepard Fairey made their work.
