Are you excited about 3D Printing? Want to join the next industrial revolution where artists lead the way using technology? This class will explore the tools and applications of 3D Printing. Young artists will learn the basics of 3D Modeling using Sketch-Up and Sculptris to create a digital file based on their own design. Through prototyping and creative problem solving, students will learn how computer generated form translates into printable three-dimensional objects. Each student will leave with a 3D printed small-scale sculpture.
