Back by popular demand — let’s create a universe in miniature! Young artists will develop techniques using clay, cardboard, and other materials to create tiny furniture, sculptures, and their own model world. Inspired by the work of miniature artist Joe Fig and Shopkins, as well as the felt “shops” of Lucy Sparrow, students will create everything from a tiny bakery, to a tiny playground, to a tiny planet. Class size is limited to 15 children.

Suggested Art Materials: scissors, tape, pencils, glue, cardboard, cloth (material), yarn, paint, markers, wire, wire cutters, tissue paper, construction paper, newspaper, cardboard boxes. Prior to class, students will receive a curated list with purchase links, as well as DIY alternatives.

Please Note: This class takes place on Eastern Time (ET).
